For 50 biscuits :
250g of flour, one tea spoon of yeast, 100g of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 spoon of water, 150g of butter, 30g of cocoa powder
Preparation :
Mix the yeast with the flour, pour the sugar, and the vanilla sugar, the salt and water, mix. Add the butter, cut in small smitherens. Knead your pastry to make it smooth.
Divide the pastry into 2 parts and add the cocoa in only ONE of them !!! With a rolling pin, lay both pastries. Put one pastry on the other and roll them tight in some alimentary film, lay it to rest for 1 hour in the fridge then, preheat the oven at 180°C.
Cut slices of pastry, put them up on some greaseproof paper. Put in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
